Who we are
Africa Cardiometabolic Centre (ACC) is a multidisciplinary center of excellence dedicated to reducing the growing burden of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases across Africa. We combine clinical care, research, education, and advocacy to promote early detection, equitable access to care, and sustainable solutions tailored to African realities.
Founded in Nairobi, Kenya, the Africa Cardiometabolic Centre was established in response to the urgent rise of heart disease, diabetes, and obesity across sub-Saharan Africa and especially at the wake of cardiovascular deaths in women.
